We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager to lead the development and delivery of creative and content across Arc’teryx Australia and New Zealand, creating distinctive, culturally relevant work that moves the brand forward and delivers against brand, product and commercial priorities.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the strategy, creative direction and production of culturally relevant, social-first content across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for building a distinctive content ecosystem that brings the Arc'teryx brand to life through always-on storytelling, community engagement, product and brand messaging, retail initiatives and commercial priorities.

We're looking for a creative leader who lives and breathes culture, creativity, the outdoors and social media. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, bringing exceptional creative judgement and storytelling capability to every channel and touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the ANZ content strategy, creative direction and production with social as the primary content channel.
  • Develop distinctive social-first creative and integrated content plans that support brand, product and commercial priorities.
  • Build and evolve a premium content ecosystem spanning always-on storytelling, campaigns, product launches, retail initiatives and commercial priorities.
  • Create culturally relevant, platform-native content that drives engagement and strengthens brand desirability.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, creators, platform behaviours and content formats to ensure Arc'teryx remains relevant and distinctive.
  • Develop scalable content frameworks that enable high-quality content to be produced efficiently and consistently.
  • Lead end-to-end creative production across social and the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Plan, produce and direct photography, film and content shoots for campaigns, launches, retail, PR, community and event initiatives.
  • Personally capture, shoot and edit premium photo and video content using iPhone, professional cameras, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Deliver fast-turn social content alongside premium creative assets for digital, retail, CRM, eCommerce, PR and community channels.
  • Direct athletes, ambassadors, creators, photographers, filmmakers and production partners to deliver best-in-class creative.
  • Build and lead a network of photographers, filmmakers, creators, designers and specialist production partners.
  • Manage external agencies and creative partners from briefing through to final delivery.
  • Adapt global campaigns and creative assets for local relevance while championing Arc'teryx's premium brand standards.
  • Use content performance insights and audience behaviour to continually optimise content strategy and creative output.
  • Ensure consistent premium creative execution across every customer touchpoint.
What You Bring
  • Significant experience leading content strategy, creative development and production within premium outdoor, sport, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated success creating culturally relevant, social-first content that drives engagement and builds brand affinity.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, emerging trends and evolving content behaviours.
  • Proven ability to develop premium content that people actively choose to watch, share and engage with.
  • Exceptional creative judgement, visual storytelling and art direction capability.
  • Strong photography, videography and mobile content creation skills.
  • Proficiency with iPhone content creation, professional camera equipment, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience leading photography, film and integrated content productions from concept through to delivery.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and execution.
  • Strong network of photographers, filmmakers, creators, editors and production partners.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised and able to deliver premium creative at pace.
