Are you an experienced sales professional looking for more than just commissions and quotas? At Online Education Services (OES), every sale you make changes a life. You’ll be guiding prospective postgraduate students toward transformative education experiences and having conversations with real impact.

As a Course Consultant, you’ll work exclusively with warm leads - people who’ve already expressed interest and are looking for expert guidance to take their next step. No cold calling. No high-pressure tactics. Just genuine, consultative conversations that help others move forward.

What’s in it for you?

We’re serious about rewarding performance and supporting your growth:

  • Base salary of $67,000 + superannuation
    With increases as you gain competence and confidence in the role.
  • Uncapped commissions
    $10,000 - $12,000 pa on target commission, but this uncapped! Commission earnings are directly tied to your individual sales results. Our top performers earn approximately $100,000 + Super
  • Career development

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or a contact centre environment
  • A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Target-driven and KPI-focused, but also guided by purpose
  • Passionate about helping others and making a difference through education
