- Serve as the team’s go‑to SME, offering technical guidance, coaching, and cross‑training to elevate crew capability.
- Support leadership by fostering team proficiency and reducing key‑person dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners and custodians, leading the charge on escalations and high‑impact issues.
- Represent Corporate Actions in global forums, influencing enhancements to operating models and best‑practice standards.
- Champion workflow efficiency, helping drive system improvements that reduce risk and boost quality.
- Contribute to strategic and transformation initiatives, using data and insights to identify trends and emerging risks.
