ANZ Corporate Account Manager

What you’ll achieveAs an ANZ Corporate Account Manager, you will be working with our diversely skilled team in sales, product, delivery, and executive teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our healthcare customers.
As a Corporate Account Manager at Dedalus, you will take ownership of key partner and third-party supplier relationships across the region.
You will:
- Be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our current footprint, initiating new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships that align with our clients' digital health transformation goals.
Sales & Revenue Ownership –
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with full accountability for revenue performance. For example, third party relationships with solutions that complement Dedalus’ offering.
- Develop and execute account growth plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations
Business Development & Growth Initiatives -
- Drive adoption of new solutions and capabilities that align with client transformation priorities with focus on partner engagement and complementing Dedalus position in the market.
Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement -
- Support joint go-to-market initiatives and strategic alliance opportunities
- Represent Dedalus in external forums, conferences, and client engagement events
- Contract development and alignment with internal governance and external partners to establish successful ongoing commercial partnerships.
Footprint Optimization & Value Realization -
- Identify areas for upsell, cross-sell, and enhancement of installed base solutions
- Use data and insights to demonstrate value delivered and drive continuous improvement
- 10 years in the profession and five years in Enterprise software sales within healthcare sector (Digital health experience welcomed)
- Proven sales executive experience with complex software and services, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Demonstrable track record developing and executing business plans, goal setting and team building, performance management
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
Desirable Requirements
- Strong Analytical skills to discover business insight and opportunities
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Sound working knowledge of OH&S, risk management, workers compensation legislation and principles.
