This is a part-time (3 or 4 days a week) and fixed term contract commencing in December through until March.

Reporting to General Counsel and Company Secretary, the Contracts Administrator performs duties that generally include:
- In conjunction with the legal team, reviewing contracts and variations for compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct Company Searches as required
- Arranging for execution of contracts by relevant signatories in accordance with the delegation of authority approved by the Board of Directors.
- Upon receipt, registering signed contracts in internal contract management system and scheduling key event reminders for all company contracts
- Maintain key event reminders, in the contract management system, for all contracts registered in the contract management system.
- Communicate with internal teams. Assist with related queries, data request etc.
- Coordinating insurance and compliance requirements for service delivery companies with external providers, business managers and others as required.
- Maintain the register of related insurance certificates of currency and retain copies.
- Liaise with business managers and senior management to ensure Service Delivery Company (SDC) contracts are current and correct and any issues are resolved including, assisting with variations and breaches and preparing relevant documentation.
- Maintain the master Service Delivery Agreement template documentation in conjunction with legal counsel and senior managers.
- Coordinate the review and approval of corporate policies, establish and/or maintain review reminders and maintain a central repository.
- Monitor the Club Assist website e-mail box and distribute queries appropriately.
- Monitor the Legal e-mail box and manage received e-mails or distribute for appropriate management.
- Administration and Quality Assurance of other legal and business-related documentations within the scope of the aforementioned duties.

About you
We are looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, meets and exceeds deadlines and can establish and maintain comprehensive related processes. This role would suit a University Student or Legal Assistant looking for work over the holiday period.

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Ability to identify key risks and inconsistencies in contracts.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders to ensure contracts are compliant, executed appropriately and dates for action are complied with.
- Exceptional organisational skills – ensuring processes are comprehensively documented and deadlines are met.
- Knowledge of, or ability to adapt to, electronic document signing systems and document record management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with contracts.
