We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team, supporting a key client in the construction space. You will play a key role in the commercial and contractual delivery of a live project, working closely with both the client and builder while developing your own career alongside experienced project and commercial leaders. Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of construction contracts across the full project lifecycle.
- Manage subcontract procurement, tendering and package letting.
- Assist in negotiating and finalising subcontract agreements.
- Track and manage variations, changes to scope and associated cost impacts.
- Support project commercial management including forecasting, reporting and cost control.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, builders and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in managing project risks, claims and contractual issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines, deliverables and commercial outcomes are met.
- Support the broader project team in delivering high-quality outcomes for the client.
- Contribute to a strong team culture aligned to TMX values.
Experience & Expertise
- 5–8 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with a tier 1 or tier 2 builder.
- Solid experience managing subcontract procurement and contracts on construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial management and cost control across live projects.
- Experience supporting the delivery of complex construction projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to grow and progress through the business.

- Clear communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Solid Excel and reporting capability.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
