We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Administration Assistant to join our VIC Schools team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover). Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting contract operations, financial administration, compliance requirements and reporting activities that help deliver high-quality outcomes for our Education PPP contracts.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Providing administrative support across contract operations and maintenance activities
Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and supporting accounts reconciliation activities
Maintaining subcontractor records, contractor compliance registrations and related documentation
Coordinating monthly and quarterly performance reporting activities
Supporting payroll, data entry, contract systems administration and general office functions
What You’ll Bring
Experience in contracts administration, contracts administration support
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Customer service and stakeholder engagement experience
Intermediate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills
Strong communication and organisational capabilities
A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn new systems
