Your role in the Team's Success
We're seeking a dynamic Content Producer to drive creative excellence across our key marketing initiatives with a focus on video. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on production, offering the opportunity to shape engaging content that drives results.
What you'll do
- Working closely with the Senior Content Manager on creative ideation for major campaigns and initiatives
- Manage end-to-end production processes from concept to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams, external talent, and creative partners
- Create compelling face-to-camera content with confidence
- Partner with our Social Media Specialist to optimise engagement and streamline operations for BAU activities
- Oversee talent and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project delivery
- Drive video content output as a core performance metric - whether producing with internal/external talent or creating content yourself
- Assist with invoicing and budget management during high-volume periods or when senior management is pulled elsewhere
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
What you'll need for this role
Key Qualification Requirements:
- Proven project management experience with strong attention to detail
- Natural collaboration skills and team-focused mindset
- Baseline analytical abilities to measure and improve content performance
- Confidence both in front of and behind the camera
- Experience managing external talent and vendor relationships
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of different content formats, platform requirements, best practices
- File management and asset organisation capabilities
- Stay current with social media trends and platform updates
Advantageous (but not essential):
- Financial literacy and market knowledge
- Podcast production experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
