About the Role

  • Support the delivery of real estate and infrastructure advisory projects

  • Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling and business cases

  • Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform client outcomes

  • Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables

  • Conduct market and industry research

  • Support proposals, submissions and project administration

  • Collaborate with experienced consultants across multiple projects

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in property, economics, finance, planning, engineering, commerce or a related discipline

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A genuine interest in real estate and infrastructure

  • Previous experience in consulting, real estate, infrastructure or professional services is advantageous, but not essential
