The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Communications Security (COMSEC) Account Manager (CAM) to support Boeing Defence Australia and their portfolio of programs and development activities for a range of customers. The role is based at RAAF base Amberley, QLD.
Responsibilities
  • Provision of internal customer support requirements for routine and ad hoc tasks;
  • Support all aspects of Comsec account management, administration and security;
  • Manage authorized personnel and access requirements, including developing and delivering briefings and training;
  • Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to customers and stakeholders.

Experience/Qualifications
  • Recent experience working in a CAM or ACAM role is essential; experience working with or in a large Industry prime contractor desirable;
  • Completed relevant COMSEC training, have experience with CARDS and be familiar with Australian Government and Defence COMSEC policy, procedures and responsibilities;
  • Experience in the operation and management of various in-service COMSEC equipment highly desirable;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, build trust and collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders;
  • Be conversant with Safe hand procedures for movement of COMSEC Equipment
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements and be suitable to maintain or reinstate an NV2 security clearance.
