Job Description:

dentsu is a network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in the sustainable economy through five global leadership brands; Carat, Dentsu Creative, dentsu X, iProspect and Merkle, each with deep specialisms.

Amplifi is looking for a detail‑driven, organised and process‑minded Compliance & Reporting Coordinator to support our Trading & Partnerships team. If you’re someone who enjoys structured work, accuracy, numbers, and keeping systems running smoothly, this is the role for you.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career - whether you’re coming from bookkeeping, admin, operations, compliance, or even media buying - who wants to build strong commercial and compliance skills in a fast‑paced environment.

You need strong attention to detail, comfort working with numbers, and the ability to keep information neat, accurate and up‑to‑date.

This is a role where precision is valued and your work has real impact – you will be surrounded by experienced leaders who can help you grow within the Amplifi team and across the dentsu network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and maintain contracts in our centralised system with accuracy and consistency

  • Cross-check vendor data against internal records, forecasts and historical spend to identify gaps, mismatches or missing information

  • Prepare summaries & reports of discrepancies for the senior team to support decision making around budgets, forecasting and vendor performance

  • Support compliance processes, ensuring all contracting and reporting meets internal and external standards

  • Track and reconcile spend across offline and digital vendors

  • Work closely with the Amplifi team to flag issues early and keep everything running smoothly

What will you bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and a love of clean, accurate work

  • Confidence working with numbers and solid Excel skills

  • Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency across large volumes of data

  • Comfort with repetitive or administrative tasks – you enjoy getting things right

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn compliance and contracting processes

  • Proven experience in admin, bookkeeping, operations, compliance or media buying will be a bonus.

What’s in it for you:

  • Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up

  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change

  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way

  • Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University

Become a champion for meaningful progress:

Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so. For us, this is the foundation for great innovation which, in turn, generates better outcomes for our people, partners and communities. This is why we encourage applications from people with disabilities, and of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and cultures.

If you want to belong to a one global network where opportunities are limitless – we look forward to welcoming you.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
