Your New Role and Responsibilities
We have a 6-month maximum term opportunity for an experienced Communication & Engagement Coordinator to support a multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Management System. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of the change networks, and support the implementation of the Communication Plan and development of communications materials while working alongside the Organizational Change Management team.

Lead Change Network development; Terms of Reference, roles and responsibilities, and an overall schedule for the networks

Development of communication and engagement material as per the Communication Plan

Effective coordination of change networks to enable the OCM Strategy and implementation plan

Provide governance administrative support to clinical/change networks, including agendas, meeting minutes, and distribution of outcomes

Support the preparation and delivery of OCM documentation deliverables

Provide support to relevant committees, user fora and change agents, as required

Strong analytical and communication skills (written & verbal), including ability to translate technical information

Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities

Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Self-motivated, inquisitive, and solutions-oriented with drive to achieve positive outcomes

Experience in healthcare settings (primary care/allied health) and/or Defence beneficial but not required
