Role

CSL is a global biotech company based in Melbourne which provides lifesaving products to patients in more than 100 countries.  We are now seeking two experienced coordinators to join #CSLBehring commercial operations based at the CSL Melbourne head office to support the sales and marketing teams.

Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides to support to the field sales teams and is responsible for the end‑to‑end administration, governance, and operational effectiveness of core Commercial Operations processes and systems. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administration support to the sales team
  • Acting as system administrator and provide support to users for various internal systems, MATAR, Transparency Reporting, Contract Management System (Companion / CSL Contract Pro).
  • Preparing compliance reports for Medicines Australia and coordinate Medicines Australia Code of Conduct training for commercial operations
  • Managing logistics and travel related bookings for key customer events and provide associated support
  • Supporting financial processes including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and Fuel Cards
  • Coordinating onboarding and off boarding activities for sales staff.
  • Providing first line IT related support including ordering and co-ordinating for phones and iPads
  • Maintaining contracts in the Contract Management system.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Co-ordinator

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator provides high‑quality administrative support to the marketing team, including supporting financial processes, IT coordination, event management and travel support to ANZ Commercial Operations marketing team.  Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day to day administrative support and internal coordination
  • Coordinating internal meetings, agendas, catering, and logistics where required.
  • Maintaining and updating the Commercial Operations intranet site.
  • Coordinating onboarding and off boarding activities for staff.
  • Coordinating phone and iPad ordering, audits and phone plans.
  • Supporting financial processes including purchase requisitions, invoice processing,
  • Responsibility for documentation and training governance for ANZ commercial operations including Q-Docs and Plateau.
  • Maintaining contracts in the Contract Management system.
  • Managing marketing team customer events for internal and external attendees and provide associated support.
  • Work closely with the Sales Co-ordinator.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in either of these roles you will need:

  • Completion of year 12 (VCE).
  • Experience in a similar role in a large corporate, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced skills in the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to prioritise many projects and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work independently and accurately.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills including stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • A willingness to take on a variety of tasks, support others and provide quality service to all stakeholders.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
