About the role:
Our Supply & Install team provides our valued Builders & Developers professional supply and install solutions. We do this by providing trade qualified installers, with dedicated on-site project management along with drawing & design solutions for Kitchens, flooring, plasterboard, and many other categories. We intend to be able to grow our sales across the wider range within our Commercial Builders, Organisations, and trades segments in the future. We are now seeking a professional Supply & Install Solutions Specialist to join our dedicated team based at our Melbourne Support Office.
This role will see you work closely with our Account Managers within Builders & Trade to uplift sales of our Commercial Joinery offer through providing expert knowledge of our Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry products and services. This unique on-road sales role will see you meeting face to face existing Bunnings customers to provide Best Experience and a in-depth understanding of our Supply & Install process before handover to our in-house Project Managers.
As a Supply & Install Solutions Specialist you will be required to travel across the Melbourne region with opportunities to join the wider team in our Swan Street support office and Building Solutions Studio. You will be supplied a fully maintained vehicle plus Laptop & Phone.
What’s Involved:
- Develop all Supply & Install offer opportunities within the volume residential single dwelling and multi residential market including major contractors
- Working with the Commercial Account Managers & Area Sales Managers to assist them to develop and grow further by successfully selling the wider and core ranges of segments
- Utilising technology and associated Product Packages for presentations
- Present quotes with design and product solutions to our customers
- Identifying new/expanded opportunities through expansion/introduction of products in conjunction with the merchandising team
- Achieving budgets and behavioural expectations
- Building internal relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to commercial account managers, area managers, state sales managers & BDM’s
- Coordinate projects in full and on time
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong Joinery and associated product knowledge
- Technical design understanding for joinery
- Ability to read architectural plans and CAD software plans or equivalent
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent customer focus and ability to build rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacious, positive attitude and results driven
- Demonstrate integrity, respect, and teamwork in everything you
- Strong IT literacy
You’ll need:
- Tertiary requirements in Design / Building or a Marketing discipline would be highly regarded
- Experience as a Sales representative or Account Manager ideally within the Building / Construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the Commercial construction industry and whole of build process
