THE ROLE:

This newly created role supports the management of operating lease changes and extensions across the Australian portfolio, with a strong focus on leases transitioning from legacy systems into the Miles platform. Working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Account Managers (AMs), the role provides detailed analysis, calculations, and processing support to ensure customer outcomes are achieved while maintaining strong commercial performance and data integrity.

As part of a broader system migration and transformation initiative, this position plays a key role in managing complex lease data, identifying gaps, and supporting process improvements to enhance customer and business outcomes.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Collaborate and provide regular planned customer reviews and identify targets for future reviews
  • Prepare customer schedules based on customer and business parameters
  • Effectively manage and action the timely processing of all signed customer schedules (including creating new lease quotes, contracting/delivering the quotes and organising termination of existing leases).
  • Support any process improvement and testing of systems to enhance customer and/or business outcomes.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with numbers and solving complex problems. You have a strong understanding of process-driven work and take a disciplined, methodical approach to ensure accuracy and quality outcomes. With a keen eye for detail, you can quickly identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and confidently work through solutions.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Solid understanding of operating lease structures (or the ability to quickly build this knowledge)
  • Strong at problem solving using numeric, verbal and abstract reasoning skills
  • A proactive mindset with high levels of initiative and accountability
  • The ability to remain effective and composed when working under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capability
  • Miles experience desirable but not essential.
