We’re now looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive smart, data-led decisions that shape our future.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the heart of commercial strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that fuel growth. You’ll turn data into stories, helping us understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions across product, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Ensure accurate and on time completion of financial close, budget, forecast and strategic planning processes to Essity timetables.  

• Oversee key control work such as reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial information in a timely manner

• Analyze pricing, promotions, and product performance to support strategic decisions

• Support forecasting and budgeting processes with data-driven recommendations

• Contribute to business cases and scenario modelling for new initiatives

You bring 3–5 years of experience in commercial financial analysis, ideally within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce. You are:

• A curious and analytical thinker with a knack for translating data into clear, compelling insights

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools

• Comfortable working with large datasets and navigating ambiguity

• A strong communicator who can influence decisions and collaborate effectively across teams

• Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
