We are looking for a highly motivated Oracle HCM Technical Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting integrations, reports, data conversions, and technical solutions that support critical HR and Payroll operations.

The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support ongoing Oracle HCM initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
  • Design and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL loads, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and file-based interfaces.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Oracle HCM applications and integrations.
  • Perform data conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and support.
  • Experience with:
    • Oracle HCM Cloud
    • HCM Extracts
    • BI Publisher
    • OTBI Reporting
    • HDL/HSDL
    • Fast Formulas
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience supporting one or more Oracle HCM modules such as:
    • Payroll
    • Core HR
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting integration and production support issues.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
