Join our AI Business Solutions Team as a Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer, where you will lead the technical strategy and execution for transitioning enterprise endpoints to the cloud. This role is deeply technical, requiring expert-level proficiency across Microsoft’s endpoint and virtualization solutions, including Windows 365, Windows 365 Link, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Cloud Native Management.

As a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales engagements, your mission is to win the technical decision by delivering tailored demonstrations, orchestrating proof-of-concept deployments, and leading whiteboarding sessions that align with customer business outcomes. You will partner closely with AI Workforce Specialists and field sellers to uncover customer challenges, architect secure and scalable endpoint solutions, and drive adoption of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.


Responsibilities
  • With your demonstrated technical knowledge, you will develop and maintain technical subject matter expertise across Microsoft products and differentiators, including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID, and Defender.
  • You will scale customer engagements and act as a trusted advisor and consultative technical seller with a growth mindset by continuously developing your delivery, discovery, demonstration, and whiteboarding skills.
  • You will shape technical strategy and stay up to date on Microsoft product capabilities and the broader technology landscape to address customer needs, overcome technical challenges, and support customers in making informed technology decisions.
  • You will be responsible for Solution Design and Proof and will win the technical decision and intent by gaining a deep understanding of a customer’s business and differentiate Microsoft in complex selling environments by sharing insights, reframing the status quo and quantifying business impact that motivates customers to act.
  • You will know when and how to escalate blockers, when to push back on customer objections, and how to unblock technical blockers with the customer.
  • You will scale through Partners and will engage in partner sell-with scenarios by collaborating with partners to carry out technical engagement activities and acting as a source of trusted partner knowledge.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

  • Engage with customers and guide them through technical decisions related to the purchase and use of Microsoft technologies.
  • Provide expertise and insights to help customers make informed decisions aligned with their technology goals.

Building Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Foster trust, collaboration, and customer satisfaction through effective engagement and partnership.

Demonstrating Microsoft Solution Capabilities

  • Demonstrate the capabilities and value of Microsoft solutions to customers effectively.
  • Apply technical architectures to client scenarios, showing how Microsoft technologies can address unique business challenges.
  • Collaborate with partners in sell-with scenarios to leverage the broader Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Readiness for Deployment

    • Act as a key contact point for technical resources, both internally and through external partners.
    • Proactively support customers’ readiness for implementation and deployment.
    • Identify and help resolve blockers or challenges to ensure customer needs are met and successful outcomes are achieved.
