In this role, you will evangelise the value of Slack to new prospects and partner with existing customers to drive platform adoption and long-term success.

Day to Day:

  • Drive Growth: Manage the full sales cycle to drive Annual Contract Value (ACV) within the Enterprise segment (2,000+ employees).

  • Strategic Advising: Act as a trusted guide, providing tailored recommendations based on specific business needs and usage patterns.

  • Pipeline Management: Lead multiple customers simultaneously through various stages of the buying cycle, from proactive outreach to closing.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Balance customer communication and prioritise inquiries across billing, legal, security, and technical requirements.

  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous internal improvement.
