Are you ready to make a national impact on the way pharmacy supports clinical trials and research?

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Trials and Research Lead – Pharmacy to provide end-to-end leadership of pharmacy clinical trials and research services across the Ramsay Research and Development Network (RRDN).

This is a unique opportunity to shape a national operating model, build capability and drive consistent, high-quality pharmacy services that support the growth of Ramsay’s clinical trials portfolio.

About the role

As the Clinical Trials and Research Lead – Pharmacy, you will be accountable for the strategic and operational leadership of pharmacy involvement in clinical trials across the network.

Working in partnership with the Responsible Person for Medication Safety & Quality and site pharmacy teams, you will:

About you

You will be a strategic, collaborative and commercially minded pharmacy leader who understands the complexities of clinical trials and can translate strategy into practical, scalable services.

You will ideally bring:

  • Relevant pharmacy qualifications and registration.
  • Significant experience in pharmacy, clinical trials, research or a related healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial pharmacy requirements, governance and compliance.
  • Experience developing or implementing operating models, standards or service frameworks across multiple sites.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across a complex organisation.
  • Strong leadership and change management capability.
  • Commercial acumen, including an understanding of cost recovery and service performance.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clinical, operational and research stakeholders.
