You are responsible for:

Sales Support

  • Apply advanced clinical and technical knowledge to provide authoritative guidance and support, facilitating seamless integration and effective utilization of Philips' solutions across various healthcare environments.
  • Communicates technical and clinical concepts with clarity and precision to diverse audiences, delivering comprehensive training sessions, demonstrations, and presentations that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of Philips' products and services.
  • Assesses complex customer needs through in-depth consultations and detailed needs analysis, developing customized implementation strategies that align closely with clinical goals and organizational objectives.
  • Adapts Philips' array of clinical applications to diverse healthcare settings, ensuring tailored configurations that optimize functionality and usability according to specific clinical requirements, working under general supervision.

 

Customer Training

  • Develops tailored educational resources and training materials designed for specific clinical specialties and user roles, collaborating closely with customers to enhance proficiency and maximize the value derived from Philips' clinical solutions.
  • Collaborates closely with customers to enhance user competency, driving adoption and maximizing the clinical value of Philips' solutions.
  • Provides expert guidance and ongoing support to facilitate the seamless integration and effective utilization of Philips' applications across healthcare settings.
  • Conducts comprehensive training sessions that equip end users with the knowledge and confidence required to operate solutions effectively and efficiently.

 

Customer Satisfaction and Feedback

  • Analyzes intricate clinical workflows and operational procedures with meticulous detail, conducting thorough assessments to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancing the application's impact on patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Completes thorough documentation and detailed reports related to application implementations and support activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in project management and outcomes.
  • Complies meticulously with project timelines and milestones, orchestrating flawless execution of implementation plans and delivering on commitments to uphold customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Documents all customer interactions and support activities comprehensively within CRM systems, leveraging analytical insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and elevate overall customer satisfaction levels.

 

You are a part of

  • Driving clinical decision support for CT products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent relevant clinical qualification, masters in sales, business or marketing preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience required
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required
  • Good presentation, communication and follow up skills
  • Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus;
  • Highly Motivated with Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the market and should be autonomous
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
