Join our Training Team as a Client Training Specialist for a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract and make a real impact every day. The Training team empowers administrators to manage their services smoothly, improve family engagement, and deliver the best educational experience alongside their educators, so that they can focus on what really matters - helping children succeed.

Reporting into the Training Manager of Education, you’ll help our customers to obtain the skills and confidence to use our platform and increase their adoption of Xplor products. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Deliver high quality, engaging and accurate training through webinars, expert hours and 1:1 session tailored to customer needs.
  • Curate and improve external training materials to stay relevant, meet customer needs and reflect sector trends.
  • Manage the vertical’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training content is up-to-date, engaging, and easily accessible.
  • Develop creative and effective ways to encourage customers to adopt and make the most of Xplor products.
  • Proactively stay informed and maintain expert knowledge of Xplor Education software, including new features and best practices.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by aligning training materials and delivery methods with their needs and expectations.
  • Play a key role, in collaboration with a variety of teams, in delivering projects with a focus on customer adoption and empowerment.
  • Construct and deliver clear, helpful training to internal stakeholders, particularly during major product updates or government mandated changes.
  • Collaborate with the Training Team to ensure shared goals are achieved and challenges are addressed together.

For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest working from home. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
