Lead and scale the outbound SDR function across APAC, initially Australia. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, prospecting strategy, playbook development, KPI tracking, pipeline generation, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Product. The role is fully remote within Australia and requires building predictable outbound performance for the Account Executive organization.

Lead outbound prospecting in Australia, build a qualified sales pipeline, manage CRM activity, refine the APAC sales playbook, provide regional market feedback, and collaborate with global teams. The role requires high-volume phone outreach, cold calling, objection handling, quota-focused sales, and a service-oriented approach to helping small business customers.

Own strategic enterprise customer portfolios, build executive relationships, lead account and success planning, drive retention and renewals, identify expansion opportunities, manage escalations, and coordinate migrations, adoption, change management, and digital transformation initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Operations while maintaining customer forecasts and plans in Salesforce.
