Lead and scale the outbound SDR function across APAC, initially focused on Australia. Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop SDRs while driving predictable pipeline generation. Own prospecting strategy, playbooks, messaging, sequences, territory planning, account prioritization, performance metrics, and forecasting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Product to improve lead quality, processes, and SDR-to-AE handoffs. This is a fully remote role within Australia.

Supports customers using the Office platform by responding to phone, chat, and email enquiries, assigning tickets, meeting SLAs, resolving issues, and handling dissatisfied customers. Advocates customer needs, maintains product knowledge, supports system improvements and technology rollouts, and monitors system performance. The role is hybrid in Melbourne and requires full Australian working rights.

Manage and grow existing fitness and leisure customers through responsive support, proactive account management, onsite visits, training, reporting, renewals, contract negotiations, upselling, and software demonstrations. The role also identifies migration opportunities, generates new leads, analyzes customer businesses, and builds long-term relationships. It is a 12-month maternity leave cover with potential to become permanent, operating in a hybrid model across Australia.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships across Australia, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and commercial outcomes. Develop account plans, lead executive business reviews, manage escalations, coordinate migrations and change initiatives, and maintain customer forecasts and opportunities in Salesforce. The role is fully remote within Australia, with quarterly travel to Queensland expected.
