Client Partnership Manager

Job Description:

About the role:

Working with the Key Account Team and being responsible for projects supporting our clients and team with a variety of scheme needs including; employer performance improvement, risk management funding, client collaboration, creating innovation and process improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordinating and supporting client services to ensure retention
• Oversea client engagement from training forums, seminars and education
• Early intervention support
• Cooperate with other departments to achieve business goals 
• Prepare and conduct presentations to external stakeholders
• Contribute to and work on tenders for new Business
• Project management skills 
• Data analysis of policy performance
• Minimum of 3 years' experience and exposure to the Workers Compensation schemes
• Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology) 
• Demonstrated experience in account growth, acquiring new and managing existing business
