Join our Risk Insurance team at Findex as a Client Associate! 

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering genuine career progression through our Client Services pathway. The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne.

As a Risk Client Associate, you will support a small team of Advisers to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a varied and client-focused role where you will act as the first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio, build strong relationships, coordinate service outcomes, and support new client onboarding. 

You’ll play a key role in ensuring workflows are managed through Findex preferred systems and completed in line with company policies and procedures. Working closely with the Team Leader and Advisers, you’ll help drive positive client experiences and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Acting as the first point of contact for the team’s client base and delivering outstanding client service 
• Managing Client Associate tasks with a strong focus on client communication and new business support 
• Responding to enquiries from Advisers, clients, accountants, and third parties relating to personal insurance 
• Providing a concierge-style onboarding experience for new clients 
• Assisting clients with the completion and return of required documentation, including follow-up where needed 
• Supporting the Advice team in meeting annual review service obligations 
• Conducting yearly client file reviews to ensure contact details and compliance records remain accurate and up to date

What you’ll bring to the role: 

• Strong understanding of Risk Insurance and/or Financial Planning 
• 2–4 years’ experience in Client Services or a comparable role 
• A collaborative mindset and genuine team-player attitude 
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills 

Desired qualifications: 

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning Support)
