Key Responsibilities:
- Assist claims administrators in reviewing and processing insurance claims.
- Collect and organize claim documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients to obtain additional information or provide claim updates.
- Maintain and update claim records in the claims management system.
- Prepare reports on claims activities and provide administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate with assessors, adjusters, and service providers to gather information related to claims.
- Ensure claims adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor claim deadlines and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or claims-related role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes.
