MCB is looking for ambitious, analytical and commercially minded graduates to join its Beyond Graduate Programme through the Trade & Commodity Finance Specialist Pathway a unique 12-month development journey designed to prepare the next generation of trade finance professionals.

By the end of the programme, you will have built the technical expertise, commercial insight and professional network needed to launch a successful specialist career within MCB's Trade & Commodity Finance ecosystem.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for high-potential graduates who are curious, driven and eager to grow through challenging and rewarding experiences.

This programme is perfect for you if:

  • You are about to build a specialist career in Trade & Commodity Finance.

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field, with a minimum classification of 2:1.

  • You have less than two years of work experience.

  • You are eager to learn, take ownership and make an impact.

  • You are ready to commit to a structured 12-month development programme.
