Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our channel marketing and communications initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer with strong experience in retail and channel marketing, integrated campaign execution, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will work closely with retail partners, distributors, media, agencies, and global headquarters teams to drive brand awareness, product visibility, and business growth across the region. This is a hands-on role that combines channel marketing, PR coordination, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful marketing programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail & Channel Marketing
  • Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with retail partners and distributors to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
  • Create and localize marketing assets, optimize product listings, and develop compelling product narratives across both digital and in-store touchpoints.
  • Support trade shows, exhibitions, and retail activations to ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and product positioning.
  • Align marketing campaigns with key retail sales periods, promotional calendars, and business priorities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Public Relations & Communications
  • Collaborate closely with global PR and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaign priorities, and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate media opportunities, including product launches, press briefings, executive interviews, podcasts, reviews, and earned media coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support the development of campaign materials, media kits, press releases, and communication assets to maximize campaign impact.
Social Media & Content Strategy
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies that support brand, product, and business objectives.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across key social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with creative, video, and design teams to develop engaging, platform-specific content.
  • Track content performance and leverage insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
Qualifications
  • 5-8years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, integrated marketing, or related digital marketing roles.
  • Experience in consumer technology, consumer electronics, smart home, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing retail partner relationships, co-marketing programs, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing ecosystems, including both online and offline channels.
  • Experience working with PR agencies, media relations, trade shows, product launches, and integrated communication campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop press releases, media materials, campaign messaging, and marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance data and insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
