About the Role

As Channel Enablement Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping our Distribution Sales team deliver a seamless, professional experience for Xylem’s WI Distributors and Channel Partners across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a highly connected role where you’ll help bring structure, consistency and momentum to the way we support our channel network. From coordinating agreements, rebates and incentives through to supporting sales tools, marketing collateral, training activities and channel management processes, your work will help our commercial teams and partners operate with clarity and confidence.

You’ll collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Applications & Engineering, Service and Supply Chain, giving you broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to build strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate distributor and channel partner agreements, including legal due diligence, compliance, document management, renewals and annual sales target updates.
  • Support agreement administration and maintain accurate sales target records to enable effective channel partner performance management.
  • Partner with WI Finance to administer, track and report on rebates, incentives and channel partner sales programs.
  • Maintain price lists, discount matrices and sales enablement tools with Application Engineering and WI Distribution Sales.
  • Administer the Xylem Channel Partner Portal, ensuring partners can access accurate, relevant information and resources.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral for distributors and channel partners, ensuring use aligns with Xylem brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate product and application training activities in collaboration with Application Engineering and WI Distribution Sales.
  • Support channel management, Quarterly Business Reviews, reporting templates, continuous improvement, process discipline, Xylem systems, the
  • Quality System, values and compliance frameworks.

About You:

  • Experience in administration roles, ideally supporting sales, customer service, channel partner or commercial teams.
  • Exposure to channel partner sales is desirable, marketing or B2B customer service environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across teams and stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build cooperative working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with documentation, reporting templates, systems and process requirements.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, supported by experience with business systems such as ERP, CRM portals, intranets or knowledge management platforms; tertiary qualifications or interest in engineering and the water industry, marketing or business will be highly regarded.
