Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with strong exposure to FMCG, warehouse, or large-scale consumer operations to support a major transformation program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can engage confidently across operational, engineering, and technology teams.

You will lead and deliver end-to-end change management across large warehouse and consumer operational environments. This includes assessing and managing change impacts across production lines, engineering teams, and operational groups to ensure readiness and minimal disruption. You will develop clear and engaging communications and training materials tailored to diverse onsite audiences, while working closely with site leaders, suppliers, training specialists, and technology teams to embed new processes and systems. A major part of the role involves providing hands-on support across sites during deployment and Go-Live activities, ensuring a smooth transition and strong adoption across all impacted teams.

Work Location & Travel

  • Required to work 3 days per week at either Docklands or Port Melbourne office.

  • Must be available to travel frequently to NSW, particularly during Go-Live periods (April–June).

Qualifications

  • Strong background in FMCG, warehouse, logistics, or industrial operational environments.

  • Fast-paced, enthusiastic, and highly engaging communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to adapt quickly to operational demands — not purely process-driven but pragmatic and flexible.

  • Comfortable working across engineering, operations, safety, and technology.

  • Deep understanding of change management principles, including E2E impact assessment.

  • Strong awareness of safety requirements and production line operations.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
