Change Manager (6-month fixed-term contract)
Location: Sydney / Melbourne
The Change Manager will establish and lead the communications and change stream across Apex Super's integration and transformation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop change management strategies and change impact assessments
· Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
· Support leadership alignment and readiness activities.
· Measure adoption, engagement and change outcomes.
· Manage training, communications and business readiness activities.
· Partner with project teams to embed sustainable change.
Essential Experience
· Experience leading change programs in complex organisations.
· Strong communications, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Knowledge of change methodologies.
· 5+ years change management and communications experience supporting large business and technology transformations.
