We will help you unlock the best version of yourself, achieve growth in your career whilst making a real difference to people and communities.

Why you will love this opportunity as Change Manager at Civica

This role provides the opportunity to play a key part in the APAC rollout of Civica’s global Certinia PSA programme, supporting a significant transformation in how professional services delivery is managed across the business. The programme will change how teams work across project delivery, resource management, time capture, billing, reporting and adoption of new ways of working.

As Change Manager, you will translate the UK/global change strategy into practical APAC delivery activity. This is a hands-on operational role focused on localising the change approach, engaging regional stakeholders, coordinating communications, supporting readiness activity and helping teams adopt the new system and processes successfully.

The role sits close to the business and requires strong stakeholder engagement across APAC teams, including Customer Office, services delivery, sales, finance and support functions. You will help ensure the right people are involved at the right time, local risks are surfaced early, and APAC teams are prepared for a successful rollout.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme that will shape how Civica manages delivery from opportunity through to customer outcomes. It offers broad exposure across a global transformation while remaining focused on practical, visible delivery across the APAC region.

Requirements

What you will need to be successful in this role

  • Proven experience delivering hands-on change management activity within technology, systems implementation or enterprise transformation environments.
  • Experience translating a centrally defined or global change strategy into practical local delivery plans.
  • Strong understanding of organisational change practices, including stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessment, readiness and adoption.
  • Ability to localise change activity for APAC teams while staying aligned to global programme direction.
  • Experience supporting business readiness, go-live preparation and post-go-live adoption activity.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, managers, SMEs and end users.
  • Ability to influence busy stakeholders and keep teams engaged through a complex change journey.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, audience-appropriate materials.
  • Experience identifying change risks, resistance points and local impacts, with practical mitigation plans.
  • Strong planning and coordination capability across workshops, communications, training readiness and stakeholder activity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced programme environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies or within a global transformation programme.
  • Experience supporting change on Certinia PSA, Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS implementations is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of professional services operations, including project delivery, resource management, time capture and billing processes is beneficial.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
