We’re looking for an experienced Change and Communications Specialist to join our team in a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in our Melbourne CBD office.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting major initiatives across the business by delivering clear, engaging communications and structured change approaches that help our people and customers adapt and succeed. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, bringing strategy to life through thoughtful storytelling, strong stakeholder engagement, and practical change delivery.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Degree in Communications, Change Management, Business, or similar

  • 5+ years’ experience in change management and/or communications

  • Strong knowledge of change frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and communication best practices

  • Proven experience delivering change and communication strategies across diverse stakeholder groups

  • Ability to map stakeholders and tailor change and communications approaches

  • Strategic thinker who can execute effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on plain English storytelling

  • High attention to detail with strong project and content management skills

  • Confident collaborator who can engage at all levels and work independently

  • Adaptable, innovative, and comfortable challenging the status quo

  • Telco industry experience is an advantage

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Develop and deliver structured change and communication plans, including stakeholder analysis and adoption strategies

  • Partner with senior leaders, People & Culture, IT, and project teams to support smooth change delivery

  • Enable leaders to act as effective change champions and deliver consistent messaging

  • Track change readiness and adoption using feedback and insights, adjusting plans as needed

  • Provide an enterprise view of change impacts across the organisation

  • Create clear, engaging communications for internal and customer audiences

  • Measure and continuously improve communication effectiveness across channels

  • Share stories and milestones that support culture and change initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with Corporate and Regulatory Affairs and broader communications teams

  • Support internal surveys and change readiness activities
