We’re looking for a Manager Change & Communication to shape and lead the way we deliver change across our Tech division.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Planning & Performance, this role will:

• Lead the development and adoption of change management standards across Tech initiatives.

• Design and implement strategic communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, objectives, and impacts of technology changes.

• Oversee technology training programs that build capability and drive adoption of new tools and systems.

• Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, delivery partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and engagement.

• Conduct readiness and impact assessments, identifying change champions and addressing resistance early.

• Continuously measure and improve change and communication effectiveness.

• Manage a small team of Digital Content Creators and Technology Trainers, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation in delivery.

About You

You’re a skilled change and communication leader who thrives in dynamic, complex environments. You bring:

• Strong expertise in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and their application in IT or enterprise transformation.

• Experience designing and delivering change and communication strategies for large-scale technology programs.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive and board levels.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery environments and tools such as PPM, Smartsheet, or Jira Align.

• Leadership experience with the ability to guide, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Desirable: Experience in the retail or consumer sector, exposure to enterprise architecture or investment planning, and certifications in change, portfolio, or vendor management.
