• Lead the sourcing of world class products for Spirits & Comp Categories

As a Category Manager - Range, you will define and drive our category strategy, leading the sourcing of a world-class product range across both physical stores and digital platforms for the Spirits & Complimentary Categories portfolio at BWS.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Develop and execute a category range strategy for the BWS brand, focusing on emerging products from domestic and international producers.
• Identify and source the best products globally while working with suppliers to maintain a strong pipeline of product innovation.
• Partner with strategy, insights, format, and renewal teams to bring product and store innovation to life across BWS.
• Accelerate localized store ranging programs and lead best-practice range reviews.
• Build strong partnerships across internal teams, including Space, Operations, Pinnacle, Store Development, Logistics, and Trade Relations.
• Represent Endeavour across domestic and international industry bodies as an authoritative voice and key influencer.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 3+ years of experience developing category strategies with a proven track record of translating strategy into business outcomes in Drinks, FMCG, or Consumer Goods.
• Significant background in product development, supplier innovation, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to navigate matrix structures using strong horizontal leadership to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Passionate about customer focus, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer data and insights into actionable results.
• Entrepreneurial orientation and a growth mindset, willing to take calculated risks and drive continuous improvement.
