See yourself in our team
The Bank views the health and safety of its people as a responsibility essential to its long-term success. The core work of the department is to case manage workers compensation claims and associated return to work support. This work is conducted within the context of the Bank’s early intervention system and to achieve requirements to maximise the Bank’s federal self-insurance licence (Comcare). Workers Compensation also administers our self-insurance licence requirements and associated financial arrangements. The Bank’s Case Managers operate from Sydney – with all national workers compensation matters managed from this location. The Bank also employees inhouse legal counsel to provide active management of litigation and internal resources for advice and assistance.
