Job DescriptionThis will involve, but is not limited to, providing support and assistance to the administrative and clinical teams, patients and relatives, by coordinating the clerical requirements for patients from admission to discharge along with directly manning the front reception of the hospital.

The successful candidate will be a well-presented individual who possesses highly developed communication skills, is flexible and excels in a multi-disciplined team environment.
You will also demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others
- Previous experience in patient management systems desirable
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical practice desirable
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
