As Business Manager, you will be responsible for designing, governing and continuously improving the operational processes that underpin Planit’s success. You will act as a key connector between regional businesses, delivery teams and corporate functions, ensuring leaders have access to reliable processes, trusted data and scalable support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and maintain operational frameworks, standards and governance practices.
  • Establish governance forums, reporting frameworks and decision-making processes.
  • Lead and develop the Service Delivery Support team.
  • Oversee project governance, client reporting, timecard approvals and invoicing support processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.
  • Provide oversight of workforce capacity, capability planning and hub operations.
  • Govern onboarding, certification and capability development frameworks.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Practice Leaders, Finance and People & Culture teams.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and operational transformation.

About You

  • Extensive experience in business operations, operational excellence or business management leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable operating models and governance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience managing operational performance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and workforce planning experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
