Lead ANZ pharma business to achieve sales targets by developing country business plans and sales strategy, managing working capital, driving new business, strengthening supplier and customer relationships, overseeing CRM reporting and forecasts, and recruiting, leading and developing the sales team to maximize profitable revenue.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develops country business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales target.
- Has the overall responsibility of the sales target.
- Manage working capital for pharma business unit in Australia & New Zealand which includes inventory management & customer payment collection.
- Implement & drive new business developments to achieve business growth.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationship with key suppliers and customers.
- Driving and leading through management of sales team and ensuring the achievement of annual sales target.
- To drive execution of commercial excellence initiative to maximize profitable revenue.
Reports, Customers & Suppliers Relationship:
- Continuously develops the quality of CRM reports & assures CRM report from all relevant customer interactions with sales team.
- Provide sales forecasts, Monthly and/or Quarterly reports to suppliers & management.
- Aligns local country strategies and Pharma regional core supplier strategies by Pharma BU.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Human Resource Management:
- Together with Talent acquisition recruit and select a right qualifications & experiences staff according to staffing plan.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team to ensure that the business strategy and activities are implemented effectively and consistently.
- Ensure the remuneration structure is competitive, above market average and reflect individual performances.
- Perform other activities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
