About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards across a variety of domains. Your primary goal will be to empower both customers and internal stakeholders by helping them to source, transform, and interpret data, ultimately generating actionable metrics and insights that drive business optimisation.
The BI Analyst will be responsible for the following across Probe CX:
Reporting
Translate business requirements into efficient report design
Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
Take responsibility for the successful deployment of reports within PowerBI or specific environments
Ensure all relevant helpdesk jobs are assigned, monitored and resolved in a timely manner
Undertake problem analysis, process improvements and efficient issues resolutions
BI Admin
Ensure quality of service
Manage PowerBI workspaces and gateways
Manage PowerBI Pro licences
Troubleshoot data access and issues
Manage users and groups, configure conditional access
Collaboration
Creating and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure effective handovers and knowledge
Key Skills and Attributes Required:
Foundational knowledge/experience of Power BI and SQL, DAX
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences
A forward thinker who is proactive, and able take ownership
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate
