We are seeking a motivated Business Development and Sales Representative to join our Growth team. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound inquiries, following up on marketing leads, driving event recruitment, and outbound prospecting. This role requires strong self-motivation, organization, and analytical skills. You will excel in communication, build business acumen and effectively convey the Infios' value proposition. This position offers a clear growth path into quota-carrying Account Management and other roles such as Field Sales and Product Marketing.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects using the ANUM framework (Authority, Need, Urgency, Money) to ensure high-quality pipeline development.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery conversations to identify decision-makers, uncover business pain points, assess urgency, and confirm budget availability.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and navigating gatekeepers to engage key stakeholders and decision-makers effectively.
  • Execute structured outbound campaigns targeting high-value accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and social selling techniques.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for mid-market opportunities—from discovery and solution positioning to pricing and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and content engagement, while providing feedback on lead quality and messaging.
  • Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to progress opportunities and ensure a seamless handover for larger deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and contribute to forecasting, reporting, and maintaining pipeline health.
  • Stay well-versed in Infios’s solutions, supply chain trends, and the competitive landscape to add value throughout the sales process.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 3+ years of corporate tele-sales experience; software sales a plus.
  • Industry experience in Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, or Transportation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Solutions (WMS, TMS, ERP) is beneficial.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, MS CRM) and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
