The Role

The Corporate Business Development Manager is accountable for driving new business growth within InfoTrack's Corporate vertical. This is a dedicated new business role - the successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach through to product demonstration, account establishment, and close. In addition, the role carries responsibility for maintaining and developing a commission trail of existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring long-term account retention.


About you

You’re a confident, commercially minded sales professional with a proven ability to win and close new business. You run sharp discovery conversations, quickly uncover client needs, and clearly demonstrate the value of InfoTrack’s product suite. Comfortable engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders, you thrive in complex sales environments.


You build trusted relationships, take a strategic approach to business development, and bring energy, professionalism, and ownership to everything you do.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
  • Conduct disciplined outreach: cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting (up to 30 prospects/day).
  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Achieve KPI of 8 new account openings per month.
  • Action and qualify inbound leads promptly and carefully.

Account Management & Growth:

  • Engage consistently with clients on the commission trail to support retention.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, including upsells and new departments/business units.
  • Apply a strategic, multi-threaded approach to account development.

Reporting & CRM:

  • Record all client interactions and activities in Salesforce.
  • Use InfoTrack's B&C Power BI reporting suite to monitor net revenue trends.
  • Proactively engage clients based on changes in spend behaviour.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven track record in new business sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate product value propositions across multiple channels
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Background in software or technology sales advantageous
  • Confident presenting both in person and virtually
  • Courteous and professional manner in all interactions
