Why this role?

Triskele Labs is entering an exciting phase of continued growth and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to help accelerate that momentum.

This role plays a critical part in driving sustainable growth through new client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and the development of strong market relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, shaping go-to-market approaches, and positioning Triskele Labs as a trusted cybersecurity partner for organisations navigating increasingly complex security challenges.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on solution selling rather than transactional sales. You will engage directly with clients, understand their business and risk landscape, collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals, lead negotiations, and close high-quality opportunities that create long-term value for both the client and Triskele Labs.


RequirementsWhat You Will Do

Drive new business growth: Own new client acquisition across targeted industries and segments, identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities that support Triskele Labs’ growth objectives.

Account expansion and relationship building: Develop and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for expansion through additional services and solutions in partnership with internal teams.

Pipeline and forecast ownership: Build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline, ensuring CRM hygiene, clear forecasting, and regular reporting on activity, pipeline, and revenue outlook.

Solution-led selling: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and risk profile, working closely with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored cybersecurity solutions.

Enterprise and mid-market engagement: Support both mid-market and enterprise opportunities, including contributing to larger, more complex pursuits and government or enterprise tenders where required.

Proposal and tender contribution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that clearly articulate value and differentiate Triskele Labs.

Market development: Conduct market and account research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and target organisations aligned to Triskele Labs’ offerings.

External representation: Represent Triskele Labs at industry events, client meetings, and forums, strengthening brand presence and building trusted relationships in the market.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales colleagues, marketing, technical teams, and service delivery to ensure smooth handovers, aligned expectations, and successful client outcomes.

Disciplined execution: Operate within established sales processes and operating rhythm, contributing to continuous improvement in how opportunities are identified, progressed, and closed.

Who You Are

Experienced business development professional: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales roles within cybersecurity, IT services, or related technology environments.

Proven solution seller: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets through consultative, solution-led selling rather than transactional approaches.

Strong commercial acumen: Ability to understand client needs, position value effectively, and negotiate outcomes that create long-term partnerships.

Pipeline and CRM discipline: Comfortable owning pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene, with an appreciation for data-driven sales management.

Client-focused relationship builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with a broad range of stakeholders.

Self-directed and accountable: Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.

Adaptable and resilient: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and responds constructively to change, feedback, and challenge.

Collaborative mindset: Works effectively across sales, technical, and delivery teams to achieve shared outcomes for clients and the business.
