The Role

To deliver new business, overachieve on sales targets, great client service and build relationships. 


About you

You demonstrate a strong sales mindset and adaptability, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You build trust through effective communication and relationship management, ensuring client needs drive business decisions. As a valued business advisor, you proactively identify opportunities, create meaningful partnerships, and deliver solutions that support both customer success and organisational goals.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and close potential new Securexchange Website clients in the REA market; 
  • Develop new growth opportunities with prospective clients, including extensive visits to prospective client sites throughout as needed 
  • Maximise the use of Securexchange's service offerings with a minimum of 2 transactions per client or an understanding of why this is not occurring; 
  • Provide clients with post-sales implementation, training and ongoing account management. 


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven New Business Sales experience. 
  • A desire to develop your career and learn from and be mentored by experienced industry. professionals within Securexchange. 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships. 
  • Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners. 
  • Attention to detail and follow-up/ Process driven and takes ownership. 
  • Experience with computers and applications software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. 
  • A knowledge and intrigue in the Legal and Conveyancing process will be looked on favourably, as well as experience in the Accounting & Insolvency industry, Banking & Finance and Government Sectors. 
  • Australian driver’s license.
