About the role  

We’re seeking a Business Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional support and solutions to business clients by managing complex inquiries, building strong relationships, and driving service improvements.

Day-to-day, you will: 

  • Manage and resolve complex business customer inquiries and escalated complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service

  • Review and interpret account data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and supporting business objectives

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM platforms

  • Support and coach team members, sharing knowledge and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

  • Support business customers on adopting digital self-serve tools to enhance their experience

  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

 

 

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: 

  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) customer service, including direct account management and managing complex accounts and escalations

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders

  • Proven ability to analyse account data and deliver actionable insights

  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement

  • High attention to detail and accuracy when managing accounts and using CRM systems

  • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or any CRM platform, with a strong aptitude for technology, including AI tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel for reporting)
