This team supports a diverse portfolio of client-facing and internal initiatives across customer communications, document composition, inbound document processing, and omni-channel delivery. As a Business Analyst, you will partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand problems, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective end-to-end solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions are aligned to business outcomes and are clearly understood by delivery teams.
Key responsibilities- Lead discovery and requirements definition activities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and structured discussions
- Create high-quality artefacts including business requirements, user stories, and process maps
- Ensure requirements are prioritised, testable, and traceable
- Support analysis across the full communication lifecycle, including content generation, composition logic, approval workflows, and delivery across digital and print channels.
- Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies and support informed decision-making
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in customer communications management, document composition, correspondence platforms, or omni-channel communication environments
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear and structured requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Exposure to regulated or high-volume communications environments is advantageous
