About The Role
 

Are you a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight?
 

APG is seeking a Business Analyst to lead reporting and analytics projects, own our business data structure, and support ongoing improvements across our core business systems.

This is a whole-of-business role partnering with Operations, Sales, Product, Pricing & Performance, Finance, People & Culture, and IT to deliver accurate insights, structured data governance, and practical system enhancements.

You will:

  • Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making

  • Build forecasting and analytical models to improve sales planning and operational efficiency

  • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements

  • Maintain and improve business data structures, definitions, and governance standards

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues across systems

  • Support system enhancements, upgrades and integration projects as required.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement across APG systems.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems and data support accurate reporting, strong governance, and smarter business decisions.
 

About You:

You will bring:

  • Experience in Business Analysis, reporting, or system improvement initiatives

  • Strong understanding of data structures, reporting frameworks and master data governance.

  • Experience working with ERP or operational systems.

  • Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Advanced Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
