The Business Analyst serves as a vital link between business objectives and technology execution within Customer Care & Enterprise Engineering. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Owners, Engineers, Testers, and Delivery Leads—the Business Analyst translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide the successful delivery of complex technology solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
This role champions collaboration, Agile practices, and continuous improvement to enable high-quality outcomes and business value.

Work directly with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate clear requirements that align with strategic objectives and customer needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Facilitate communication between business, technical teams, and delivery leads to ensure shared understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Agile Delivery Support
Support Agile teams by maintaining a prioritized backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Solution Design Collaboration
Partner with engineers, testers, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional specifications and workable solutions.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks and impediments related to requirements or scope and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Quality Assurance & Validation
Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans, validating test cases, and verifying delivered solutions meet business needs.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Analyse delivery outcomes and stakeholder feedback to recommend process improvements and optimize value delivery.
Ideally, we're looking for the following:
Let’s look at you:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Has 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within complex technology projects or programs.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working within Agile delivery teams.
Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate between business and technical audiences.
Is skilled in writing clear, concise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Has experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration and backlog management platforms.
