The Opportunity

Key responsibilities:
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements—from elicitation and wireframing to solution design and validation—ensuring seamless delivery of user-centric digital platforms.
Dive deep into business goals, services, and workflows to uncover opportunities for meaningful improvement and innovation.
Evaluate and enhance existing systems and applications to align with strategic ICT objectives and future-proof our digital landscape.
Leverage data-driven insights through qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and shape business priorities.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with users, technical teams, and stakeholders to surface challenges and co-create effective solutions.
Deliver clear, expert guidance on technical issues and solutions, helping to define precise business requirements for both new and evolving systems.
Build trust and credibility with stakeholders, ensuring open communication and reliable, informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Competencies
Proven experience in leading technical design and execution of high impact, enterprise-wide, strategic ICT programs or initiatives.
Experience in ICT Digital Services, Data Architectures and Cloud.
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of contemporary ICT trends and the disruption transforming the modern workplaces and business operations.
