Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Facilitate accurate operational and financial analysis to support PAS decision making.

  • Identify system-driven opportunities to improve electronic information exchange with Defence systems.

  • Analyse internal system functionality, interfaces and performance.

  • Prepare detailed system and application configuration specifications.

  • Support data fixes, validation and reconciliation activities.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Ability to obtain and retain an appropriate AGSVA Security Clearance.

  • Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and operational data analysis.

  • Exposure to Property Asset Services system configuration, application interfacing, and work order management integration highly beneficial.

  • Knowledge of full system improvement lifecycle: specification, testing, implementation.

  • Data management and referential data models (SQL or MS Access advantageous)
